Lead Shift / Supervisor Bartender (Evening, Full-Time)
Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Lead-Shift/Supervisor Bartender to join our team, primarily during evening hours. If you’re passionate about great beer, good vibes, and top-notch customer service, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy bar environment
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including craft beer and cocktails
• Follow established bar procedures and maintain cleanliness and organisation
• Support a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
• Help coordinate and delegate tasks among team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in bartending or another customer-facing role
• Solid knowledge of beer and cocktails
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, including evenings and weekends
