Shipping & Returns

At Treaty City Brewery, we aim to dispatch your beer within 3 to 5 working days.

Please contact us if you need an order urgently and we will endeavour to provide a faster turnaround.

We pack your beer by hand in our brewery in Limerick City. We use Fastway couriers for local and national deliveries. You may also see the boss man himself Stephen Cunneen deliver your beer if you’re very lucky!

If for some reason your beer does not arrive in one piece, please email us at orders@treatycitybrewery.ie and we will get a new package sent to you as soon as possible.

If for some reason you are not happy with the product you receive, we will provide a refund within 30 days. Refunds can only be provided on beer that has not been opened.

To process your refund, email orders@treatycitybrewery.ie for instructions. The beer must be returned unopened to our brewery in Limerick City. The return shipping cost of items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we have received the items in the condition that they were sent, we will refund within 30 days, less postage charges. All refunds will be issued through original method of payment.

Free Shipping – please note free shipping only applies to orders over €45.00 of physical products, this excludes E-Gift cards.
