About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, full-time bar & floor staff to join the team at Treaty City Brewery. This isn’t just your standard bar gig—our team is hands-on with everything from craft beer and cocktails to coffees, food service, and events. We're building something special here and need the right people on board to help drive it forward.

Based in our unique brewery space in the heart of the Medieval Quarter, you'll be part of the core team delivering great service, maintaining high standards, and making sure our guests feel welcome, whether it’s a casual pint, a brewery tour, or a full-blown event night.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Running the bar confidently during busy service

Making cocktails and coffees to a high standard

Supporting food service (toasties, events, BBQ, etc.)

Helping out with setup and service for private events

Engaging with customers—tourists, regulars, and everyone in between

Taking initiative to keep the space moving and find ways to improve service
What We're Looking For:

Bar experience is essential—this isn’t a training wheels role

Comfortable with multitasking: pulling pints, making flat whites, running food, chatting with customers

Energy, enthusiasm, and initiative—we want people who help push the place on, not just hold it steady

Flexible for evenings, weekends, and events

A team player who’s happy to muck in wherever needed

Showing leadership on shift—supporting and motivating the team to keep the service running smoothly

Taking ownership and actively contributing to the business—bringing ideas, finding efficiencies, and driving results
