Job Specification: Sales & Brand Activation Executive

Location: Treaty City Brewery, Limerick
Reports to: Head of Operations / Directors
Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

To drive commercial growth and deliver brand impact across Treaty City Brewery’s key revenue streams. This role combines external sales and brand activation, corporate bookings and tours, and execution of major brewery events. The successful candidate will act as both a sales driver and an event operator — responsible for building customer relationships, generating revenue, and ensuring Treaty City Brewery continues to lead Limerick’s cultural and hospitality scene.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Brand Activation 

  • Manage and grow relationships with pubs, restaurants, hotels, and off-licences outside 24 Nicholas Street.
  • Achieve sales targets for draft, packaged, and seasonal beers.
  • Deliver brand activations (tap takeovers, tastings, festivals, sponsorships) in key accounts.
  • Represent Treaty City Brewery as a brand ambassador across trade and consumer events.

2. Corporate & Tour Sales 

  • Proactively sell and manage corporate bookings, private tours, and group experiences.
  • Work with local businesses, DMCs, and conference organisers to drive B2B revenue.
  • Convert inbound tour and experience enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to schedule and deliver a high-quality visitor experience.

3. Event Execution 

  • Support the planning and execution of Treaty City Brewery’s major events (e.g., Nicholas St Nights, Chef’s Table, Culture Night, Halloween activations).
  • Take shared ownership for running events on-site, including supplier liaison, guest management, and on-the-day operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with brewing, FOH, and marketing to deliver events to the highest standard.
  • Capture feedback and report on outcomes to improve future event delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Sales or account management experience in beverages, hospitality, or FMCG.
  • Event management or operations background, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong organisational skills; able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Confidence to sell both products (beer into accounts) and experiences (corporates, tours, events).
  • Passionate about craft beer, hospitality, and Limerick culture.
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends for events and activations.
  • Full clean driving licence.

Key Metrics / KPIs

  • Growth in external account sales (volume & value).
  • Number and value of corporate bookings confirmed.
  • Growth in tour and experience ticket sales.
  • Successful delivery of major brewery events (attendance, revenue, guest satisfaction).
