Kitchen Staff are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that complements
the brewery experience at Nicholas St. The kitchen supports the brewery by delivering
consistent, simple, high-quality food offerings that enhance customer visits and encourage
longer dwell time in the brewery.

This role focuses on efficient production, cleanliness, and maintaining the standards
expected of a small-batch artisan brewery environment.

Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve toasties, light food items, and event-related dishes
- Maintain consistency and quality in all food served
- Ensure efficient service during busy periods
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and support ordering requirements
Event Support
- Assist with food preparation for brewery events and Chef’s Table evenings
- Work with the FOH team to ensure smooth service during events
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with FOH staff to maintain a positive customer experience
- Communicate clearly during busy service periods
Skills & Experience - Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a small team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
